TIPS FOR PROTECTING YOUR BOAT
Try to store the vessel out of sight behind or on the side of the house.
Secure the trailer tongue to a tree or pole with a chain and lock.
If storing a boat in an open driveway, park another vehicle in front of it.
Use a wheel lock or remove the trailer wheels.
Engrave a driver's license number in hidden and visible areas on the boat and on all valuable equipment.
Keep an updated written inventory of the boat, motor, trailer and all equipment.
